It hasn’t been long since we last saw the A. Lange & Söhne Lange 1 Moon Phase. This time around, we’re treated to a subtly new variant called the Little Lange 1 Moon Phase which takes the same silhouette and iconic design cues of that signature Lange 1 and shrinks them 1.7 millimeters.

For SIHH 2017, Glashütte, Germany-based A. Lange & Söhne presents a new addition to the popular 1815 watch collection family that I think a lot of collectors have been waiting for. The A. Lange & Söhne 1815 Annual Calendar watch, as the name implies, adds an annual calendar complication to the brand’s large assortment of perpetual calendar watches.
While A. Lange & Söhne set the bar high last year with the lovely Richard Lange Jumping Seconds and the very complicated Datograph Perpetual Tourbillon, the new Turbograph is complex Lange at its very best.
HM7, dubbed Aquapod, is the first aquatic timepiece by MB&F. And while this is not a dive watch per se, it does boast 50-meter water resistance, meaning you shouldn’t need to worry about going for a little swim. And it looks awesome!

If you are into watches for already a few years, you might be aware of the 2005 A. Lange & Söhne Tourbograph Pour le Merite, an impressive watch combining a tourbillon, a split-seconds chronograph and a fusée-and-chain transmission. Add to that a perpetual calendar and you’ll have one of the most impressive watches ever created by the Saxon Manufacture (after the Grande Complication), which is the brand’s highlight for his year.
