Introducing: The Limited Edition Breitling Navitimer GMT Aurora Blue

Whatever your feelings are about the size of modern Navitimers (between 43mm and 48mm), Breitling’s icon is without a doubt one of the definitive pilot’s watches. Developed with, and for, the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association (AOPA) during the early 1950s, the original reference 806 Navitimer allowed pilots to calculate critical information, such as airspeed, flight time, distance, and fuel consumption, all at a glance. This new limited edition Navitimer continues in that spirit with some modern updates and a new blue dial.

EXCLUSIVE: First look at the TAG Heuer Autavia 2017 (the result of the Autavia Cup) – Updated with Price and Availability

If you remember, earlier this year, in March 2016, TAG Heuer came with a superb idea: the opportunity for collectors to vote and to decide which vintage Heuer Autavia will be the inspiration for a modern reedition of this mythical watch. The audience chose one of the coolest editions, the Autavia 2446 Mark 3 “Jochen Rindt”. The result of the development was to be expected at Baselworld 2017… However, we had to take into account J.C Biver’s productivity and a certain event, the Heuer Collectors Summit (where we are today!) And guess what… the very first prototype of the TAG Heuer Autavia 2017 is already shown to the attendants of the Heuer Collectors Summit, and we get to show it to you.

By Roberta Naas
After nearly three years of complete renovation, the Cartier Mansion on Fifth Avenue re-opened last week with much fanfare. Tutima M2 Watch Review

Tutima watches had a very proud moment in 1984 when their timepieces were chosen as the official timepieces of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) forces in Europe. This didn’t happen because the chaps in Germany greased the right palms, but rather because their efforts paid off when it came to the stringent requirements set forth by any military organization in regard to both functionality and durability.

In one of the more unexpected watch releases of the year, Piaget – makers of slender dress watches par excellence – muscled into the crowded and competitive high-end steel sports watch category. The Polo S puts the Geneva-based brand up against popular options such as the Patek Philippe Nautilus (and Aquanaut) models, as well as Audemars Piguet’s Royal Oak line.…
